Gurage - Ethiopia Drone

Gurage is a Zone in the southwest semi-mountainous region of Ethiopia that has very fertile land. It is about 125 kilometers southwest of Addis Ababa and is absolutely marvelous! The principal crop of the Gurage people is ensete (also enset, ensete edulis, äsät or "false banana plant"). This has a massive stem that grows underground and is involved in every aspect of Gurage life. The people of this land are known for their hospitality and generosity.
